About The Event
Distances
Sprint – 5k Run – 19.5k Cycle – 2.5k Run
Super Sprint – 2.5k Run – 7k Cycle – 2.5k Run
Both can be done solo or as a duo, 1 cyclist and 1 runner. Only the cyclist needs to enter for the Duo, runner details will be taken on the night.
Routes
Run - Mostly track and trail with small stretches of road.
Cycle - All Road
This event is for persons 18 and over only.
